Anna Morgan-Lloyd, 49, is due to plead guilty to parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol Building, in relation to the attack in Washington D.C. on January 6. According to new court listings, her defense attorney, H. Heather Shaner, is seeking probation and 40 hours of community service for the guilty pleas to the misdemeanor charges, saying it is a fair punishment for the Morgan-Lloyd’s offending.
