Detroit’s strong-armed QB, flushed out of the pocket to his left, saw Johnson trailing in the back of the end zone. Stafford signaled for Johnson to run to the right and tossed an almost nonchalant pass to him where only his receiver could get it.
It was a ridiculous play on the part of both players. The Giants’ secondary certainly looks to be in trouble.
