The former Lions wideout was inspired by a picture Charles Tillman shared of his finger on Instagram. Tillman’s finger is reminiscent of some other distorted phalanges and is somewhat disturbing to look at.
Then Megatron stepped in and made the situation 1,000 percent grosser.
