Cam Newton Gives Away Practice Shirt To Wounded Veteran

U.S. Army Sergeant First Class Cedric King lost his legs and part of his right arm when he stepped on a land mine in Afghanistan, according to Black and Blue Review. When quarterback Cam Newton saw him sitting near a tunnel, Newton stopped, took off the practice jersey he was wearing and placed it on the veteran.

Many of the players were excited to see King, who has been a source of inspiration for the team over the past few seasons.
