Cardale Jones Is Officially Known As 12 Gauge

Ohio State quarterback Cardale Jones is now officially recognized by his awesome nickname “12 Gauge.” Ohio House of Representatives member Bill Patmon sent the third-sting quarterback a letter to commend the great job he did this past season. That’s a lot of praise for a man who may not even start this upcoming season due to heavy competition at the position.

In the letter, Jones is saluted as one of Ohio’s finest athletes. Impressive.

Never mind the stuff that’s actually in the letter, the fact that “12 Gauge” is in there at all is the highlight.
