The original question was loaded and by the time the reporter got done asking it, Mozgov said simply, “That’s a long question. Can you repeat, please?” When the reporter rephrased the question, it was still somewhat long, and Mozgov said again, “What is the question?”
Mozgov is a native of Russia, so he might have just had difficulty the language, but he’s not wrong. It was a really long question. It’s not clear if the reporter ever got the answer he was looking for.
