Turner agreed to the terms of his deal with the Celtics back in July. He was signed once Boston figured out the remainder of its roster.
The former No. 2 pick has career numbers of 11.1 points, 5.3 rebounds and 3.1 assists. He is coming off the worst season of his career after struggling over 27 games in Indiana. Turner was brought by Indiana for extra scoring but only added 7.1 points, 3.2 rebounds and 2.4 assists and fell out of the rotation.
