It appeared Sunday’s game between the Browns and Chargers was heading to overtime after San Diego kicker Josh Lambo missed a 39-yard field goal as time expired. However, Tramon Williams was called offside prior to the snap.

The penalty gave the Chargers another chance, and Lambo didn’t miss from 34 yards out to give San Diego a 30-27 win.
