During TNT’s Thursday coverage of NBA All-Star Weekend, the “Inside the NBA” panel discussed Cousins’ reported role in the hiring process. Charles Barkley, never one to mince words, called it “total bulls—.”

Barkley does not believe Cousins has earned the right to be consulted when a franchise is looking to hire a new coach. It should be pointed out that Cousins is an All-Star, is one of the best centers in the NBA and also happens to be the Kings’ franchise player.
But does anything really stop Chuck from speaking his mind?
