According to a report an NBC Bay Area, the incident allegedly left one man shot at least once. He was taken to hospital, where his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening. The shooting involved Velasquez, KNTV reported, citing sources with direct knowledge of the investigation. Another man was also arrested.
